At the National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV), we are dedicated to providing free, accessible, legal assistance to victims and survivors of domestic abuse and violence. Our pro bono initiatives are a cornerstone of our drive to ensure that everyone, regardless of financial means, has access to justice and protection.
Our Pro Bono Services
NCDV offers a range of pro bono services designed to support victims of domestic abuse. These include:
- Litigant in Person Court Bundles: Our team provide a witness statement drafting service along with guidance on completing court paperwork so that individuals can represent themselves in obtaining non-molestation orders.
- Signposting: Where appropriate we will signpost individuals to additional domestic abuse support services.
Partnerships with leading UK and Global law firms
We are proud to collaborate with a number of the world’s leading law firms, on our domestic abuse pro bono programme. These firms extensive legal expertise and commitment to social justice significantly enhance our capacity to serve and protect victims and survivors of domestic abuse and violence. Through this partnership, we provide high-quality legal support and advocate for stronger protections and awareness.
